Make a payment online or to get a receipt for a payment you made:
In order to access your secure account and process a payment online, or in order to get your Paid In Full letter or other documents, you must have your RCM-assigned account number for the debt that is being paid. For privacy, access to this account number is restricted to “right-party” contacts: the person(s) who owe the debt and their spouse. If you owe a debt that was assigned to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for collections, please contact the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Call Center at 1-800-760-9746 to obtain your account number and return to this page to access the Secure Account Login button.
If you do not know your Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Account Number but you have received our DEMAND NOTICE, you can find the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Account Number at the top right hand corner of the letter.

Please contact the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Call Center at 1-800-760-9746 to authorize a payment by debit or credit card over the phone, or to receive additional information about the debt you owe.

You can access the collections account online in order get a receipt for a payment you already made, to make a payment or to get additional information about your debt. Follow the instructions above to access your account.
PRIVACY POLICIES
Your privacy is very carefully safeguarded by Revenue Cycle Management. If you want to expedite payment and you know your Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) account number, proceed immediately to our Secure Account Login page. Enter your Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) account number and last name, and click continue to follow the prompts. Verification of the identity of the person in contact with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is required, in order to protect your privacy.
In order to log in and access your account online*, you will need your last name as it appears on the creditor's accounting records, as well as the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Account Number assigned by Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to the account when it was placed into collections. You can get this information by contacting Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) by phone or by referring to the collection letter we sent to the last known address provided by our client to whom you owe the debt. Once your identity as the consumer is verified, you may obtain the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Account Number with our Honolulu Call Center at 1-800-760-9746.
