Upon initial contact, we give your customers every opportunity to make good on their outstanding balance while being respectful and utilizing a "soft” approach. We execute payment plans, auto-pays, online payments and other arrangements including approved settlements if desired.

Your new collection account placements feed automatically to the Call Center as soon as they are entered as new accounts.

Our proprietary Call Center management system (TRACE) secures all customer data, and provides an interface for you to monitor your bad debt inventory, collections progress, add new accounts, append notes and produce activity reports.

We have Hawaii's fastest fiber-optic telephone network with 92 lines that are fully integrated with TRACE - connecting our call center here with customers at home, work or mobile (if authorized) while tracking and recording all calls. Automated call campaigns are scheduled to ensure complete recovery efforts through every time zone.

TRACE allows our agents to schedule calls and automatically update account notes with collection efforts. The system provides secure off-site credit card and check processing for installment payments. This facilitates collections by providing customers with payment options. Customers can track their own accounts on our secure cloud-based TRACE Consumer Account Login. Customers can make payments, print receipts, and send electronic messages.

We include consumer Credit Reporting as an automatic service, at no cost to you, if there is no collection within the first 60 days (starting from the date of receipt of your first batch of accounts.) We credit report consumer accounts to all three Credit Bureaus at 30-45 day intervals after the placement date going forward.

Demand Notices are batched automatically and stamp-dated to the consumer's account notes. When a consumer has moved or changed phones, we often locate them through research and our skip trace tools. This advantage is also included with our collections services at no additional cost to you.

There is no cost to you for collections until we collect money. If your signed service contracts (service agreement / consent form) contain a provision for recovery of collections costs, you can add the cost of our fee to the account balance (i.e. you "gross up" the patient's outstanding balance when inputting the details for new account balances to include our fees.)

We can offer you a competitive fee rate based on the volume and amount of the receivables you have to collect, together with the “forward-flow” you anticipate in the future for new placements.

We will show you how to access our TRACE Client Access Login at RCMHAWAII.COM - this gives you the option to manually load new accounts and continuous access to your inventory of A/R placed into collections so you can monitor progress, obtain reports and provide us with on-the-fly updates. Optionally, we can load new accounts for you from your A/R report (Excel or other data list) or print records manually or through data import automation.
